If you’re going engage in healthy chocolate consumption, Dagoba’s my favorite—especially the Chocodrops (73% Cocoa). Consume in moderation, never replace your veggies with chocolate, and we’re all good! P.S., I haven’t consumed caffeine in over a month, had a few Chocodrops and now I’m wired!!! Perfect time to do some writing. Have a wonderful evening. In Health, Stella Metsovas

O.k., my Raw Enthusiasts…FDA warns of Raw Milk Outbreak
FDA warns of consuming raw milk, due to the current Campylobacteriosis outbreak from Forest Grove Dairy in Indiana.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), from 1998 to 2008, 85 outbreaks of human infections resulting from consumption of raw milk were reported, including 1,614 illnesses, 187 hospitalizations and 2 deaths. However, as some illnesses are not reported, the actual number of illnesses associated with raw milk is likely to be greater, the FDA said.
Excessive Alcohol = (-) (uh, duh!)
Excessive use of alcohol has been linked to oxidative stress and inflammation, two mechanisms that accelerate telomere shortening. Telomere’s are components of your DNA that protect the chromosomes from damage (e.g., aging).
When you consume alcohol, the metabolic result is acetaldehyde which is extremely toxic—forming free radicals simultaneously.
I don’t recommend drinking alcohol on a daily or even weekly basis. If you’re engaging in binge-like drinking (2 or more drinks/glasses), you make want to consider taking a product like Life Extensions ‘Anti-Alcohol Antioxidants’
